Welcome to Babyislandeg. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

    2. "You", "your", "customer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing products from our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility**

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Product Information**

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free, complete, or current. Therefore customers are required to contact us for any further clarification before shipping.

Slight variations in color or design may occur due to manufacturing differences or screen settings.

Pricing and Payment**

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice.

Prices mentioned on our website are the final prices and include all applicable taxes.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.

Order Confirmation**

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

Shipping and Delivery**

We aim to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

We deliver to most regions within Egypt. Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days. For faster delivery options, please contact us directly.

Shipping fees are calculated by the shipping company and are based on the volume and weight of the shipment.

BabyIslandEG pays extra fees to allow customers to open the shipment upon delivery to inspect for broken or missing parts, and to ensure the color and specifications match as ordered.

Customers are required to thoroughly check the shipment and inform us immediately of any issues.

Returns and Refunds**

You may return products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their unused, in original condition and wrapped packaging. 

For returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects, the period is 30 days.

Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned shipment. Bank transaction fees may be deducted in some cases.

If the returned product is found to be used or not in its original condition, it will be sent back to the customer and the refund will be rejected.

BabyIslandEG will bear the cost of return shipping only in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product's specifications do not match the description on our website.
  • For any other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to diapers, Baby potty, Bottles, Internal clothes, Care supplies, Feeding supplies, Discounted items.

Liability**

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information during checkout. BabyIslandEG is not liable for issues arising from incorrect customer information.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.

Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party shipping companies are beyond our control.

BabyIslandEG is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or technical issues on the website.

Intellectual Property**

All content on the BabyIslandEG website, including images, text, and design, is the property of BabyIslandEG.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
